I have been looking for some jojoba oil which has been out of stock everywhere but I managed to get it here cheaper than elsewhere and with free delivery.I only order the product Tuesday and it has come today with Hermes. There is a next day option of which I chose on SundayThe products were delivered on Wednesday So much for next day delivery all I was offered was reimbursement of my next delivery price of which was £3.99Even though I stayed in Monday and Tuesday not happy with the response. Prices are generally way higher than other sellars. Also can not apply more than one type of discount at any one time. Which then means having to do repeat orders to get the best from any sort of point or reward build up. Can't fault the service however. Quick, and top quality always. But the pricing needs to be sorted. The deals shown with certain percentages off aren't really actually deals as such

Ive been very pleased with the quality of my purchase and have used this site several times. I would have given a higher score buy despatch and delivery has fallen short and when you pay extra for a gift and it arrives several days early that is a disappointment. I will continue to use this site.

Both perfumes missing only the free gift inside that comes with one of the perfumes ??‍♀️Hermes are repacking and taking out the items... now had to fill out a form for investigation by hand and wait.. Over £200 worth of items just missing.

I sent back a 10m bottle of Eau de Parfum Dior Sauvage that was part of gift set because from day one it leaked and am still waiting to hear back from The Perfume Shop as to their response - not great customer service considering how much Dior Sauvage costs! Might seem petty during these times but.....

Ordered an item around mid November time as a xmas present, was meant to take 3-5 working days, it took just over 2 weeks. Around the time it was meant to come, i had to repeatedly catch them up after not hearing anything since ordering it for them to tell me that my item got lost in the post and they would have to send another one out which took another week. Good i didn’t order it a couple weeks before Christmas ??‍♀️
